An engagement session is a chance to slow down and celebrate this season together - whether it’s a surprise proposal or a relaxed session to mark the beginning of your next chapter. We’ll spend an hour creating romantic, natural and timeless photographs that capture your connection honestly and the feeling of this time together as it truly is. You’ll receive a full gallery to keep forever, perfect for save the dates or simply remembering this time exactly as it felt.
Little tip- why don't you plan this when you have your HMU trial.
If you go on to book me as your wedding photographer, your engagement session will be £200.
WEDDING ENQUIRY HERE
Hey lovers, this is a chance to let me in on some of your plans, your date & location. I can't wait to hear all about it and meet you both.
STEP 01
Fill out the form
In the contact form, it's great to know a little bit about you and your partner, your vision and brief plans for the day (don't worry, I don't expect you to have everything sorted), the date you're hoping for and location of the wedding. I love to travel all over the UK, often making it a little get away.
STEP 02
Call or meet up
To begin with, I recommend a video call to make sure we're the right fit for each other (unless you're totally decided and live local we can go to the pub). In this initial call we'll go over your contact form and hopefully dive a little deeper. If you decide yes, I'll send a contract and a 35% non-refundable deposit will be asked for. The balance is then due 30 days prior to your day or we can create a payment plan.
throughout the planning period you have the option to stay in touch or ask for another video consultation at any point.
If the venue is local or not too far away and you'd like me to join on a site reccy, I'd love to join- this also gives us a chance to meet in person and for you and your partner to get comfortable with me.
STEP 03
Picture time
The day has come! All your hard work is paying off and now you get to relax and enjoy the day. I aim to be out of the way, observing and documenting your day the way it happens for you, I try to keep it authentic with maybe a few gentle guided poses along the way. In terms of couple portraits, I go with what we have discussed prior, couple portraits don't look the same for everyone but I will at least get 2x 15 minutes alone with you before and after the ceremony, this can be the first look and sunset for an example. Or if you want a photoshoot then that's what we'll do, everyone wants something different and thats the beauty of making it your own.
STEP 04
Delivering photos
Before I part ways you'll receive a small polaroid stack as a complimentary gift so you have something to keep from the day. I'll aim to send you a small preview gallery within 48hours of your day, a little something to share with your friends and loved ones.
I then give a 6-8 week wait time for the full gallery depending on the season, you'll receive this via an online gallery which is high-res fully downloadable.
